Receptionist

Then you are exactly right with us as a hotel specialist or as a career changer. We are looking for a new member in our reception team for late shift 4pm-12.00am / night shift 12.00am-08.00am
With us you can expect varied tasks at reception as check-in and check-out, answering emails, reservations, telephone inquiries, guest care, preparation of arrival/departure lists and invoices, parking space rental and a few other individual tasks. Do you speak German/English and have a driver's license? Then arrange a trial day at the Hotel Fortuna.
We expect:
Basic English knowledge
Strong in communication, quality-conscious and team-oriented structured and networked thinking
Organizational talent good PC skills (Microsoft Office)
High level of service and customer orientation Flexibility, resilience, independent work, ability to work in a team
Social skills and well-groomed appearance
Willingness to work weekends and public holidays
